Sephora Spring Sale 2021

The Sephora Spring Sale is here! While I would not consider myself a product junkie, I am rounding up my top 5 picks and items worth stocking up on. These products I am sharing are all “winners” for me. I own them and wait for sales like this to repurchase. Everyone has different skin type, hair type, concerns etc. but most of these products are good options across the board unless otherwise specified.

Jo Malone Perfume

I’ve raved about Jo Malone before and I will continue to. The scents are very clean smelling and not too over powering. My all time favorite is Wood Sage & Sea Salt; and if you’ve every worn a perfume that makes you feel like yourself, this does just that for me. Nectarine Blossom & Honey and English Oak & Hazelnut are also my top choices. I ordered Poppy & Barley as part of the sale to try a new scent.

IT Cosmetics - CC+ Cream with SPF 50+

This product packs a double punch, great coverage AND mineral sunscreen. As someone with melasma, I bathe in sunscreen 12 months a year while also attempting to keep my face out of the sun. Mineral sunscreen is much better than chemical because it blocks UV rays. In addition to the protection, it provides great coverage for hyperpigmentation. Win, win.

Olaplex - No. 3 Hair Perfector

I know, everyone raves about this product. But its for a good reason. This treatment helps strengthen hair, decreases breakage and restores damage leaving hair feeling silky smooth. I’ve tried other products that leave a film over your hair or feel very waxy, but thats not the case here.

OUAI Texturizing Hair Spray

I have thick, fine hair that sometimes struggles to hold a curl. I needed a little more than dry shampoo but also didn’t want the stiff, sticky feeling of hairspray. Enter - texturizing spray. It’s essentially a dry shampoo / hair spray combo. It helps give a little lift and definition to my hair without weighing it down.

Milk Bronzer

I started seeing more and more cream bronzers pop up last summer and decided to give this one a try. It blends easily (I use a damp Amazon Beauty Blender) and lasts all day. It’s very light weight, which is a must for Northern California summers.
