Gift Guide 2020
It’s the most wonderful time of the year 🎶 And the time of year where you are inundated with gift guides! I am excited to bring one more to the table and share my favorite things; all of which I own and would highly recommend as gifts this holiday season.
The Everlane Oversized Alpaca Crew sweater: there’s a reason it’s first on the list… it’s that good. This sweater is lightweight but still warm, while also very soft for an alpaca / wool blend. I’ve seen this sweater on multiple people and it’s flattering on everyone. Plus, Everlane is a sustainable brand, transparent with their pricing and their quality is top notch.
Lululemon Everywhere Belt Bag: while this may not be the only Lululemon item making the list, it’s by far one of my favorite purchases of 2020. Can’t believe I just said that out loud, but it’s true. It’s so convenient to grab and go when you’re running quick errands, especially if you don’t want to carry too much... sounds like 2020 in a nutshell.
Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit Shoe: having had two back surgeries, you quickly realize shoe comfort is a must. These are like walking on a cloud. They may be a pretty penny but quality > quantity any day.
Jo Malone London perfume: I didn’t understand the hype until I tried it myself and now, I’m officially hooked. Some of my favorites include Wood Sage & Sea Salt and Nectarine Blossom & Honey. I recently discovered English Oak & Hazelnut for the fall / winter months. Their scents can be easily layered together too!
Bodum Pavina Double Wall Highball Glasses: these puppies put all other mugs to shame. They keep drinks hot for 30+ minutes. Plus you can grab them immediately after filling with boiling water and not burn your hand. It’s a win win.
Lululemon Align Pant and Align Tank: I’ll just say this... if you know, you know. I live in these leggings. Also recently discovered the Align Tank; same buttery material, flattering fit and overall very comfy. Great for both WFH and working out.
The North Face Dock Worker Recycled Beanie: knit from recycled yard to reduce landfill waste, this was recommended by a friend and I’m pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t consider myself a beanie person but have frequenting this since I bought it.
LuxFit Foam Roller from Amazon: I am fully aware this is not a sexy gift, but the PT in me recommends everyone should have one.. and actually use it. Mobility is extremely important. I’ll get off my soapbox for now and save more of that for a later post.
Bagatiba Jewelry: I recently discovered this company and have been very impressed with the quality. I want jewelry that I can constantly live in and this is just that. I have (and wear daily) their polished gold ring and D2C necklace. Also have my eye on their gold orb ring. Plus they have a recycled jewelry program. Check out their website for more info.
Chemex Pour-Over Glass Coffee Maker: our good friends introduced us to this and I can confidently say... I will never own another coffee maker. This coffee tastes so smooth that I’m willing to abandon the convenience of an all-in-one, set a timer and wake up to freshly brewed goodness situation. We broke our first Chemex (Tim dropped it) and instead of waiting for Amazon to deliver the new one in a couple days, we ran to Williams Sonoma right then because they had it in stock.
There you have it! Hopefully this helps with any gift ideas you may need. Let me know in the comments if you have further questions or are in need of any other gift ideas.
